Refund Policy for Digital Nodal

Thank you for purchasing from Digital Nodal. We are confident you will be satisfied with our digital products.

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, they cannot be "returned." By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving a digital file and that all sales are final.

Exceptions for Technical Issues
We understand that technical problems can occur. We will offer a replacement or a refund at our sole discretion for the following issues, reported within 7 days of purchase:

• The downloaded file is corrupt or cannot be opened.

• You received the wrong file.

• The file is materially different from its description.

To request assistance, please contact us at digitalnodal11@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We may ask for evidence, such as a screenshot of the error.

Limitation of Liability
Digital Nodal is not responsible for any compatibility issues with your device or software. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal Waiver
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, by purchasing a digital product from us and proceeding with the download, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
